About Celebrating the WestSM Magazine view sample

A unique culture was born in the American West, where seemingly endless stretches of windswept grasslands bump into majestic peaks and conditions test human determination and grit. This culture was shaped by the First Nations who were here when settlers arrived, the grass that fed bison and then cattle, the railroads that brought people and supplies, the farmers and ranchers who found ways to feed the nation, and new communities that developed, each with a unique personality based on the backgrounds and interests of those who chose to live there. Stitching towns together are ranches and their cowboys. Celebrating the WestSM magazine illustrates the places, people, events, stories, and art of the American West.

Published monthly by West7, Inc., each issue seeks to communicate the legacy and value of the freedom, honesty, individualism, and neighborly support that together define cowboy culture. Special editions are fundraisers for Western cultural nonprofit causes.

Celebrating the WestSM content is distributed in our print magazine, in monographs, via internet audio and video channels, through social media, and in-person through Celebrating the WestSM Weekends.
