Durango Cowboy Gathering
The Durango Cowboy Gathering is more than an event—it’s a celebration of heritage, heart, and the timeless spirit of the American West. Held in historic downtown Durango, CO for 37 years, cowboys, cowgirls, and folks from all walks of life converge to honor our western traditions through music, poetry, storytelling, and magnificent horse events. Equally important is our commitment to promote respect, understanding, and camaraderie between our rural and urban communities.
Concerts will be held on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings showcasing some of the best performers around.
More performers will be featured at various venues on Friday and Saturday afternoons. The Cowboy Poetry & Music Train and the Horseback Trail Ride are events that should not be missed.
The Chuckwagon Breakfast, Horseback Social, Wild West Shootout, and Cowboy Parade will fill your Saturday morning with buckets of FUN.
